The objective of the pre-defined initiative “Bulgarian Cross-border Dialogue” is to promote the development of regional cooperation through transfer of experience and good practices from Norway as well as from EU member states in order to foster the European territorial cohesion, more efficient management of the territorial cooperation programmes in which Bulgaria participates.
