- to maintain high levels of competence, motivation (incl. remuneration of employees) and commitment of employees in the management of traffic accidents, incl. by organizing/participating in meetings/seminars/conferences at a horizontal level, in events organized by the EC, etc. EU organizations for the exchange of experience and good practices;
- to increase the administrative capacity of the MA for effective and efficient management of the program;
- to build a culture for evaluation and improvement of the quality of evaluations, incl. by optimizing the process of collecting, summarizing and analyzing data needed for evaluations.
