Objectives of the operation: To support increasing the capacity of the MA program management by applying the principles of good governance and improved approaches in programming, implementation, monitoring, control and evaluation of the operational program.

To support the improvement of the capacity of beneficiaries to prepare and implement proposals to fully comply with the priorities, objectives and requirements of the operational program.

To raise awareness about the opportunities that the operational program provides for the financing of activities in the context of policies supported by the program through ESF.
