The application form and the budget are submitted in English

All fields of the application form have been filled in

The supporting documents listed in the application guidelines are attached to the application

The Promoter under the procedure is eligible as defined under the application guidelines

The application includes a partner from a donor country

The foreign partner (s) have submitted the documents, indicated in the application guidelines

The duration of the initiative does not exceed the maximum permissible time according to the application guidelines

The objectives of the initiative are in line with the application guidelines

The application meets the territorial scope requirements

The amount of the grant requested is within the maximum amount, allocated for the pre-defined initiative
